Thieves, Crooks, or just Bad Dudes List

The people listed below have either ripped me off in trade, EBAY sales, or have not followed

through on an agreed upon trade. These are all verifiable with receipts, emails, or Trader site

verification of fraud. Damn shame it has to come to this but I am a little tired of the excuses

given from the bums. So, if you come across your name here, it is for a darned good reason.

Poor shipping practices; will not back up product that was damaged due to these practices. Have

since sent back the damaged card and four months later still have not received refund, credit, or

a new card.

Flat out thief. $120.00 worth of Rolen game used. Admits to receiving the cards but traded away

my end of the trade. Now, he has not sent back the Rolen's after agreeing to do so.

01/03/05-- Update--

This has been the worst experience with trading I have had since I started trading. He now has

traded the Rolen's I sent him. I have nothing received from him and nothing sees to be coming

soon.

05-05-05 -- Update

My last update concerning this thief. Received three cards from the original trade each of them

creased or damaged to the point of being worthless on the trade market. I have not received the

balance of the trade nor do I expect it to be forthcoming.
